What is SMART?
SMART is Starkey’s loyalty programme. Developed as our way of saying thank you for your partnership by providing investment back into your business, your people and your practice.
How does it work?
SMART is a flexible programme, designed to give your business what it needs to grow. Every Genesis AI hearing aid from the 24 technology level through to 16 earns you SMART points. These points can then be translated into support for your business. Whether that’s incentives and rewards for your exceptional staff, equipment to serve your patients better, new resources to run your business more efficiently or investment in marketing to help more people hear better, SMART is tailored to you.

How to use your SMART points?
Marketing - Grow your business with marketing. SMART supports your marketing plan with costs support for digital campaigns costs, advertising spend, instore display and much more.
Investment - Invest in new clinical equipment and business resources to support your practice growth.
Expertise - Broaden your skills sets with new learning opportunities to support professional development. Invest in training courses, trade events and other qualifications.
Incentivise - Reward your staff with vouchers from John Lewis, Argos, Currys, Inspire Travel and more.

Each month you will receive an email with your points balance. To check your balance at any other time just email marketing@starkey.co.uk.
